For 8 years, I proudly served my country in the United States Army, where I received culinary training under the guidance of highly skilled US Army instructors at  the US Army Quartermaster School, located in Fort Lee, Virginia. After serving in the US Army, where I gained a great deal of kitchen experience and food service knowledge, I  decided to re-enter into the civilian world, where I study culinary/hospitality for 4 years at New York City College of Technology and received a bachelors degree in Hospitality Management. I  then went on to spend the next several years working as a chef/catering server for various catering companies in the NYC Tri-State are. Particularly working with a catering company that specialized in catering for concerts, special events and festivals. From my great experience I was inspired to create my own catering company, DQ Craft Services.

My goal is to provide  outstanding catering, outstanding service and an outstanding memorable experience for my clients.
